Lontana Group Announces Leadership Changes to Strengthen Its Generational Transition

Larrabetzu, 13 de febrero de 2025.- Lontana Group has announced leadership changes aimed at consolidating its generational transition and reinforcing its sector leadership. The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Felipe Villaño Cámara as the new Chairman of the Group, replacing Miguel Ángel García Cámara. Meanwhile, Ander García Ariño assumes the role of CEO, taking over from Felipe Villaño himself.

These changes guarantee the continuity of Lontana Group's family character. Over the coming months, the new Chairman and CEO will work together to ensure an orderly and effective transition.

Felipe Villaño Cámara, an Economics graduate from UPV, has spent his entire professional career within the company and has served as CEO since 2015. As the new Chairman, he will lead the Board of Directors and represent the Group at the institutional level and before the Family Council.

Meanwhile, Ander García Ariño, an industrial engineer from UPV, has held the position of Group Purchasing Director since 2006. As the new CEO, he will oversee Lontana Group's daily operations and lead its Management Committee, heading a team of more than 1,100 employees.

With more than 75 years of history and a presence in over 20 countries, Lontana Group is strengthening its leadership structure to face 2025 with ambition and a sustainable growth strategy.
