Privacy policy

This privacy policy only applies to this LONTANA S.A. page on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube, understanding as such the pages and sub-pages included therein, excluding liability for pages, comments and/or advertisements not included in it directly by LONTANA S.A.

This policy follows the general guidelines set out in  the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016.  LONTANA S.A. will only process the personal data of users who freely and voluntarily provide it through the privacy settings of their Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube profile, thus remaining included in a file created by LONTANA S.A. and under its responsibility, in order to enable the provision of the services provided by LONTANA S.A. through this LONTANA S.A. page on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube. Therefore, once the user has become a follower of this page voluntarily, they expressly consent to the processing of their data by LONTANA S.A., as​ well as their name and profile picture being shown in the list of followers on this LONTANA S.A. page on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube belonging to LONTANA S.A.

Pursuant to the provisions of  the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, LONTANA S.A. has implemented and maintains all the technical, organisational and security measures that guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and quality of the information.

In the event that third parties or Entities have access to the files, whether automated or not, which are owned by LONTANA S.A. and which contain personal data, in the context of the provision of services of “”hosting”” and maintenance of this LONTANA S.A. page on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube, said access will be made in accordance with the provisions of  the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, regarding access to data on behalf of third parties.

As an additional security measure,LONTANA S.A. advises against sending specially protected data, because this communication does not use a secure channel, and the data is not encrypted during transfer.

The personal data voluntarily communicated by the user to LONTANA S.A. will be treated with the appropriate confidentiality, used only for those purposes for which it was collected and regarding which the User has been expressly informed, these purposes being lawful, legal and related to the activity of LONTANA S.A. 

Thus​, LONTANA S.A. will only process the data that the user allows to be displayed through the privacy settings of their profile on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube. 

The processing of personal data, as well as the sending of commercial communications made by electronic means, will be in accordance with the    General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016.  In this way, by becoming a follower of this LONTANA S.A. page on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube belonging to LONTANA S.A., the follower expressly authorises LONTANA S.A. to use it to send them, where appropriate, commercial communications, essentially by electronic means, about its products or services, as long as they do not expressly indicate their refusal to receive said communications.

The personal data, username on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube and profile picture of the followers of this LONTANA S.A. on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube will be transferred to the rest of visitors to it and the user consents to this transfer by becoming a follower of it. Responsibility for the rest of the personal data that visitors may access corresponds to each user and the privacy settings that they have established in their personal profile on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube, and therefore LONTANA S.A. recommends all users to take due care with personal data (including images and videos) that appears on their profile, reminding them that they can modify this in the Privacy Settings section. 

Rights of data subjects

You can send your communications and exercise your rights to access, rectify, oppose, erase and restrict its processing or request its portability to rrhh@desarrollo.ros.es or by ordinary post to LONTANA S.A., Ref. RGPD, c/Segador 13, Logroño, 26006 (La Rioja). To exercise these rights, it is necessary that you prove your identity to LONTANA S.A. by sending a photocopy of your National Identity Document (DNI) or any other means valid in law. 

Legal regulations and applicable jurisdiction

The “”Legal Notice”” of the LONTANA S.A. page on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube, as​ well as the rest of its content, have been prepared in compliance with  the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016  and they may be modified at any time in order to adapt to the changes that may occur in current legislation, with application of what is stated in the section entitled:   œmodifications to the legal notice  ​.

The use of this LONTANA S.A. page on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube, including access by users and browsing through it, is open and free of charge and implies compliance with the “”Legal Notice”” of this LONTANA S.A. page on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube and the Spanish legislation that applies on the matter.

For any litigation arising from the terms or conditions of this LONTANA S.A. page on Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and YouTube, Spanish legislation will apply, with jurisdiction given for resolving all conflicts to the Law Courts and Tribunals of the user’s address, when the user is in Spain, or to that of the Law Courts and Tribunals of Logroño when they are outside Spain, with express waiver of any other court or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
