Lontana Group is the sum of more than 950 people, each with unique stories, cultures and experiences.
Based on this diversity, we present, We Are People, an initiative with which we want to share our most human side and in which, through short interviews with people from the Group, we will address different topics of interest from a more personal perspective.
We begin the project with the story of Leire Marín, who joined the Group in April 2021 as a stock manager in Vinco’s purchasing department. She tells us about her experience during her incorporation and training process, and the aspects of the Group that she values most.
