Our policies
The Lontana Group has different policies that guarantee responsible practices and promote an organizational culture based on integrity and transparency.
The principles of conduct and standards of behaviour set out in our policies apply to all directors, officers and staff of the Lontana Group.
All persons linked to the Lontana Group are obliged to get to know and comply with the Code of Ethical Conduct and to collaborate in implementing that Code to ensure it is put into effect.

Our Ethics Channel
Lontana Group’s Ethics Channel is made available to stakeholders as a communication channel for:
Raising doubts or queries about how to apply the Lontana Group’s internal regulations, including the Code of Ethical Conduct
Alerting the Lontana Group to breaches of or non-compliance with internal or external rules that apply to it
The Ethics Channel is managed by an external company, guaranteeing confidentiality and non-retaliation to those who use it
Integrated Management Systems
The governing and management bodies of the Lontana Group are committed to complying with its legal and contractual requirements and obligations in occupational safety and health, the environment and quality in their relations with the different stakeholders of each company and each of its work centres.
The Group’s Integrated Management System is regularly reviewed by management and is used as a basis for defining strategies and objectives.
The Integrated Management System Policy is shared with all the people who make up the organization to ensure rigorous compliance with its contents and the required Management System documentation as a whole.
